We have a lot of great things happening with the Fundraising Committee this year.

The committee has a plan to not only get the membership more involved, but also to create opportunities for students to get involved as well.

We are looking forward to a golf outing this August to benefit the Foundation of Surgical Technology. All proceeds will go to the foundation to help provide scholarships for future surgical technology students.

We will be working with surgical technology students throughout Indiana to help supply local homeless shelters.  We will be collecting blankets and coats to be donated in October at the annual ISA-ST Fall Conference.

In the shadow of our National Board of Directors, we would like to support a local charity, and we would like our members in join us in this effort.  We would like to help an organization called School on Wheels which helps provide educational opportunities for homeless children throughout Indiana. 

The Fundraising Committee is looking forward to a wonderful year ahead.
